Job summary

India Abroad in Sharjah is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will program, set up and operate CNC machines to meet daily production goals while ensuring quality and safety at all times.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (or equivalent), preferably with technical training, and has at least two years of CNC experience. You should be proficient at reading blueprints and applying geometric and trig concepts to ensure precise parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferable.
• Proven CNC operation experience, preferably at least two years.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings and engineering instructions accurately.
• Good understanding of mathematics (geometry and trigonometry).
• Good manual dexterity with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate CNC machines to meet production goals.
• Monitor CNC operation to ensure output quality.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure part accuracy.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Maintain records of production output.
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices when operating machinery.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards.
