As the Club InterContinental Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Club InterContinental Lounge, ensuring impeccable service and a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of service professionals to deliver personalized, intuitive, and discreet service that exceeds expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Club InterContinental guests, anticipating needs and ensuring tailored experiences.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, food and beverage service, and guest engagement within the lounge.
  • Collaborate with key departments to enhance the Club guest experience and uphold the InterContinental brand promise.
  • Monitor guest feedback, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvements.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proven butler service experience in a 5-star or ultra-luxury property.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and guest anticipation skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
