Key Responsibilities:

Azure Cloud Operations:

• Manage and monitor Azure infrastructure including VMs, VNets, load balancers, Azure AD and storage accounts.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using ARM templates, Bicep or Terraform.
• Administer Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery and cost management tools.
• Support Azure DevOps pipelines and assist with CI/CD implementations.
• Configure and monitor Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud and compliance policies.

On-Premises System Operations:

• Maintain Windows and/or Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.
• Manage virtualization environments (e.g. Hyper‑V or VMware).
• Support on‑prem backup solutions, patching and routine maintenance tasks.

CloudOps / SysOps Engineer (Azure & On‑Prem)

• Troubleshoot hardware, storage and network issues as needed.

General Responsibilities:

• Automate routine system tasks using PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Ensure proper monitoring and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, SCOM or third‑party platforms.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing and execution.
• Respond to incidents, root cause analysis and documentation of operational procedures.
• Collaborate with development, security and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and secure environments.
