Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Cloud Consultant to join the UAE-based team. The role centers on designing and developing cloud-ready infrastructure and application architectures, including automated container platforms and deployment pipelines.

You will lead on-site implementations of Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform, helping customers scale and optimize their cloud environments. You will work to understand customer infrastructure and business needs, make practical recommendations, and

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Deep knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Platform or components like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security.
• Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics to stakeholders in technical and business contexts.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site addressing technical, development, or IT requirements.
• Understand industry practices and Red Hat policies and values.
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods to obtain solutions.
• Implement and integrate Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, and other Red Hat offerings.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines and goals.
• Contribute to project documentation and diagrams and support cases management.
• Mentor customers and the team.
• Promote automation techniques and DevOps practices to improve cloud life cycle, uptime, availability, and time-to-market.
• Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods.
