Job summary

Alkalma Healthcare in Abu Dhabi seeks a Clinical Psychologist with a valid DOH license to join our dedicated clinical team. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to a diverse client base.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and stay current with best practices in mental health. Arabic speakers are preferred to support our Arabic-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Valid DOH License to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment and intervention techniques.
• Arabic speakers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
