Responsibilities

• Dispense pharmaceuticals accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Advise customers on how to use medications and make appropriate health choices
• Ensure medication stock levels remain accurate and up-to-date
• Monitor possible adverse effects of medications and report them to the manager and doctor
• Check that prescriptions are written legibly and are complete with accurate information
• Maintain a current knowledge of drug interactions, dosages, and delivery forms
• Prepare medication reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
