Job summary

Flyper is seeking an experienced Dietitian in Abu-Dhabi, UAE, to provide nutritional guidance and create individualized dietary plans for patients. The role focuses on prevention and treatment of illnesses through nutrition.

Responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. A UAE license is preferred, with 2+ years in nutrition counseling or therapeutic dietetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field; Master's preferred.
• Licensure or registration as a Dietitian with a recognized body; valid UAE license is preferred.
• At least 2 years of work experience in nutrition counseling or therapeutic dietetics.
• Knowledge of evidence-based nutrition practices and current research on nutrition-related topics.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition plans accordingly.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust diets as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on the benefits of healthy eating habits.
• Advise on food labels, portion sizes and dietary requirements for special diets.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in nutrition science.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as required.
