Job summary

AlphaSights Campus Recruiting in Dubai is recruiting for an Associate in our Client Service team. You’ll link clients to expert knowledge, juggling multiple projects from investors, strategists and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations, in a fast-paced, communications-intensive role.

You’ll recruit experts, understand project context and regulatory environments, and own client–expert communications to schedule calls and ensure seamless collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English or C2 level is required.
• Full Professional or Conversational Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experts – you will spend a significant part of your day speaking on the phone with experts who are relevant matches for clients’ projects, often under tight deadlines.
• Understanding the project and market context and the regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
• Taking ownership of every aspect of projects, from client–expert communications to scheduling calls for seamless collaboration.
