Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, managing communications and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Foster long‑term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, working proactively to address any issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.
