• Experience supporting reinsurance directors in commercial general FAC reinsurance.
• Ability to maintain a high retention ratio for renewal business.
• Competency in communicating with key partners on renewal business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Turkey and Morocco reinsurance directors.
• Facilitate the booking of new and renewal business.
• Work closely with the Client Director for servicing large clients.
