Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Typist / Copy Typing Specialist to support our Dubai operations. You will convert handwritten, scanned, and other source materials into well-formatted digital documents using Word, while preserving layout and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and can work with minimal supervision. Confidentiality and accurate, timely delivery are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, administration, or similar roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately type and transcribe information from handwritten notes, scanned documents, images, and other source materials into digital formats.
• Review typed documents for spelling, punctuation, formatting, or transcription errors.
• Maintain consistent formatting, spacing, and document structure per provided instructions.
• Organize completed documents and ensure files are properly named, saved, and submitted by deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of all documents and information handled during typing.
• Complete assigned daily or weekly typing tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Use MS Word or similar software to create, edit, format, and organize documents.
