Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in cleaning machine operation, housekeeping equipment, facility operations or asset/equipment management.
• Experience operating commercial/industrial cleaning equipment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in internal and external areas as required.
• Safety-conscious, disciplined and detail-oriented.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial and housekeeping cleaning machines safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily pre-operation checks and report any machine faults immediately.
• Clean and maintain machines after use and ensure they are ready for deployment.
• Maintain records of machines, equipment, tools and consumables.
• Track equipment issuance, transfers, returns and repairs.
• Maintain proper asset tagging, barcoding and inventory records.
• Ensure equipment is stored properly and storage areas are kept clean and organized.
• Follow company SOPs, health & safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support housekeeping operations during exhibitions, events and high-footfall periods.
