The Luxury Collection invites you to join our Dubai team as a Guest Environment Expert. You will help create memorably authentic experiences by maintaining spotless guest rooms and public spaces, and by attending to guest requests with a proactive, hands-on approach.

We value professionalism in appearance and communications, safety, and confidentiality as core parts of daily work. This role is a frontline guest service position with Marriott International’s Luxury Collection brand.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel’s spaces, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally to enhance the guest experience.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies for efficient service.
• Move, lift, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds as part of daily housekeeping duties.

POSITION SUMMARY

Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.

Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands‑on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Environment Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
