Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in medium to large-scale civil projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify site surveying and setting out.
• Assist in preparation and execution of the Project Execution Plan.
• Ensure technical drawings are delivered accurately.
• Oversee project mobilisation and closeout efforts.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and assist in Minutes of Meeting.
• Monitor ongoing site work and provide weekly status reports.
• Maintain communication with subcontractors and planning teams.
• Coordinate logistics for material procurement.
• Implement project inventory control systems.
• Support in client payment valuations.
• Address internal and external client complaints.
• Review contract documents against tender agreements.
• Comply with QHSE policies and practices.
• Coordinate with project personnel for timely operations.
• Provide support to Project Management Team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
