Job summary

PPOAR in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Civil Engineer to join the team in Bani Yas City. You will design, construct and maintain roads, bridges and buildings, and lead project teams.

You will manage budgets and timelines, conduct site visits, ensure safety standards, and report on progress. The role offers a monthly salary of 900 AED plus health insurance, vacation leave and performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Prokon.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs for roads, bridges and other structures according to specifications
• Manage project teams comprising of other engineers, contractors and consultants
• Monitor progress on projects ensuring deadlines are met within budget
• Conduct tests and site visits when needed to ensure quality control standards are met
• Prepare reports detailing project progress as well as any issues encountered
• Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times during construction or maintenance processes
• Provide expert advice on any civil engineering matters related to projects
