The ideal candidate should possess a degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualifications from a recognized university or institution, with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. They must have excellent technical knowledge and skills related to civil engineering, particularly in the fields of road construction, bridge building, and other large-scale projects. A deep understanding of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations is a must.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of commercial, residential, industrial and public infrastructure projects. They will be expected to coordinate with architects and other stakeholders on project plans as well as assess project viability by studying technical drawings and reports. They will also be required to carry out inspections onsite to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of development while monitoring progress onsite as well as evaluating project costs.
