JobLeader is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The successful candidate will manage planning, design and construction of bridges, dams, and roads, coordinating with Planning & Design, Construction Management and Project Management teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with 3+ years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and STAAD Pro. Willingness to travel to project sites within the region is required.

Civil Engineer – Umm-al-Qaiwain

Civil Engineer in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the planning, design and construction of projects such as bridges, dams and roads. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working to create innovative solutions to our clients’ needs.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, including knowledge of design software like AutoCAD and STAAD Pro, survey equipment and methods, construction processes and protocols, material testing procedures and standards. Knowledge of local regulations is highly desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate should have strong problem solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. They should be able to work well under pressure in an ever changing environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

The role will involve working closely with other departments such as Planning & Design, Construction Management and Project Management. The successful candidate must also be willing to travel periodically to project sites within the region when required.

This position offers an attractive salary package of AED 1300 per month plus benefits including health insurance and end of service gratuity payment upon completion of the contract period. We will consider suitable candidates from abroad if they meet the above criteria.
