Job summary

Workato in Dubai is seeking a Civil Engineer to design preliminary plans and construction drawings, and to develop models in line with engineering standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, the ability to work independently or with a team, and openness to foreign candidates.

You will oversee construction from start to finish, prepare technical reports, and monitor progress within timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design preliminary plans, sketches, construction drawings and models according to the engineering standards and codes.
• Prepare detailed design calculations and analysis for various civil projects including roads, bridges, water treatment plants etc.
• Oversee the construction process from start to finish ensuring that quality standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with other engineers, technicians and architects when required.
• Monitor the progress of the project against set timelines and budgets.
• Prepare technical reports such as site visit reports, design reports etc.
