Facade Today is seeking a Civil Engineer specialized in Dubai Municipality approvals to join our team in Dubai. You will handle government approvals, coordinate with clients and authorities, and ensure all projects comply with local regulations.

The role requires 2+ years of civil engineering experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a valid UAE driving license. You will manage approvals, inspections, and documentation across multiple projects with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Civil Engineering experience with exposure to Dubai Municipality processes.
• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, codes and approval procedures.
• Excellent coordination, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple approvals with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit drawings, documents and applications for Dubai Municipality approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities for project approvals and inspections.
• Follow up on NOCs, permits and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure site activities and documentation comply with Dubai Municipality codes and standards.
• Maintain project documentation, track approval status and provide regular updates.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and approval-related issues.
