Job summary

PPOAR in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. You will design, plan and oversee construction of civil projects such as bridges, roads, buildings and other structures, ensuring compliance with standards.

The role requires developing technical drawings using CAD software, conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis, and coordinating with engineers, architects and contractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Designing, planning and overseeing the construction of civil engineering projects such as bridges, roads, buildings and other structures.
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for potential projects
• Developing technical drawings according to specifications using CAD software programs
• Ensuring that projects meet all legal requirements including safety regulations and environmental policies
• Collaborating with other engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors throughout the design process
• Keeping track of project progress according to timelines
• Preparing reports on project progress as well as any changes or modifications needed
