Job summary

A leading engineering company is looking for a Draftsman to develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation for oil & gas projects. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, with experience in the industry preferred. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining document control. This full-time position is located in Abu Dhabi and does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil & gas industry projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (API ASTM ACI).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Prepare civil, structural, and architectural drawings for oil & gas projects.
• Interpret engineering sketches, designs, and specifications into technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers for accurate design.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from teams.
• Maintain document control for all drawings.
• Assist in preparing material takeoffs and construction documentation.
