Meraki Integrated Contracting – BIM Draughtsman (Civil)

Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking a skilled BIM Draughtsman‑(Civil) with strong expertise in execution‑focused modeling. You will play a key role in developing accurate 3D models, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring construction‑ready drawings align with project specifications and timelines. This position will report to Assistant GM‑.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate 3D architectural models and renderings using BIM software to enhance visualization and coordination.
• Prepare detailed architectural & structural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and surveyor disciplines to incorporate input into drawings and identify, rectify any clashes.
• Prepare in‑house structural shop drawings in coordination with IFC architectural and MEP drawings.
• Produce general arrangement drawings: foundations, slab, column, lift core walls, staircase, ramp, MEP equipment, block work layout, sections, door & window schedules, tiling layout, elevation & section details, finishing schedule, wall coordination layouts, external elevations, hardscape drawings.
• Coordinate all specialized subcontractor shop drawings, including ID drawings to IFC architectural, structural, MEP & ID.
• Create general drawings: sketches for RFI/CVI, as‑built drawings, logistic layouts, tower crane layout & sections.
