Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in facilities.
• Proficiency with chillers, AHUs and split AC units.
• Ability to diagnose electrical faults and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AHUs, rooftop units and water chillers.
• Service and troubleshoot split AC systems (wall-mounted, cassette, ducted).
• Perform MEP/HVAC maintenance and repair tasks.
• Repair booster and circulation pumps.
• Inspect electrical panels, wiring, relays and diagnose faults.
• Diagnose, repair and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
