A leading international hotel group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Chief Steward & Hygiene Officer. The successful candidate will ensure the Stewarding Department operates efficiently while maintaining all food safety regulations. This requires a minimum of three years' experience in a luxury hotel environment, strong leadership skills, and advanced knowledge of operating hygiene standards. Candidates should also possess a vocational certification in hospitality and fluent English skills, with additional languages preferred.
To execute the position of Chief Steward & Hygiene Officer, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum of a vocational / technical certification in hospitality and more than three years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role.
Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am familiar with Food and Beverage and culinary terminology, operating equipment, food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
