Job summary

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a Chief Steward to establish and maintain efficient stewarding operations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and cost control across kitchens and outlets.

You will lead a team, coordinate with engineering and hotel colleagues, uphold HACCP standards, and drive energy-saving and safety initiatives in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain stewarding department systems and operating methods to support colleagues.
• Supervise all Stewarding staff, facilities, operations and costs.
• Coordinate with hotel colleagues to maintain par stocks and approve storeroom requisitions.
• Ensure cleanliness of all facilities and equipment.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate with Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and safe chemical handling.
• Lead energy-conservation and environmental policies in the hotel.
