Job summary

Fakeeh Health is seeking a seasoned Quality and Risk Management leader to oversee organization wide programs, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards. The role drives patient safety, data driven improvements, and policy development across hospital operations.

With 8–10 years in healthcare quality/risk and at least 5 years in leadership, you will steer audits, CAPA, KPIs, and safety campaigns, while coordinating with executive teams to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of healthcare quality and risk management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation standards including JCI.
• Proven expertise in clinical audits, incident investigation, RCA, risk assessment, CAPA, KPIs and quality improvement.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of organization wide quality and risk management programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and accrediting bodies.
• Lead accreditation processes and align quality and safety programs with center of excellence goals.
• Develop and revise hospital policies to reflect regulations and best practices.
• Identify data trends, analyze KPIs, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Organize safety campaigns, training, and staff awareness activities.
• Participate in hospital committees and leadership rounds.
