Job summary

Aventus is recruiting a Head of Portfolio & Investment Risk in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the development of risk methodology for a diversified portfolio and partner with Investment Teams and the Investment Committee to provide an independent risk lens.

The role requires extensive experience in portfolio risk, asset allocation, and scenario analysis, with a hands-on approach to risk across multiple asset classes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in portfolio or investment risk.
• Broad asset-class exposure: private/public equity, infrastructure, etc.
• Deep experience with Total Portfolio Approach and Strategic Asset Allocation.

Responsibilities

• Build out risk methodology and toolkit for the portfolio across asset classes.
• Maintain sharp risk models; test and refine as portfolio evolves.
• Provide forward and backward-looking risk reads and flag changes.
