This role will lead the development and centralization of laboratory operations to enhance efficiency and service quality, ensuring alignment with the organization's clinical goals.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings, with significant leadership experience. A strong focus on quality control and operational improvement is necessary, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings.
• 5-7 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple laboratory units.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement a strategy for centralizing laboratory services.
• Lead the development of a central reference laboratory.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and regulatory standards.
