We are looking for a commercially minded people leader who combines strategic thinking with operational credibility.
An established senior HR leader with the confidence and judgment to advise CEOs and senior leadership teams.
Experience supporting complex operational environments, ideally including manufacturing, production, supply chain or large frontline workforces.
A track record of building organizations, improving HR capability and leading meaningful organizational change.
Understands that people decisions ultimately influence productivity, growth, cost, customer outcomes and profitability.
Able to build trust across every level of an organization — from senior executives to frontline employees.
Arabic-speaking female executives are particularly encouraged to express interest.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or related discipline.
MBA / Master’s degree and professional qualifications such as CIPD or SHRM are advantageous.
