Job summary

Tashkeel is seeking an experienced Art Sales Exhibitions & Collections Manager to lead exhibitions, art sales strategy, collector relations and artwork management in Dubai. The role combines culture and commerce with a focus on revenue generation and partnerships.

The candidate should have 7+ years in relevant sectors, strong sales experience, and a deep understanding of contemporary art and design within the UAE and beyond.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in commercial galleries, art advisory, auction houses, art fairs or cultural institutions.
• Strong understanding of contemporary art and design within UAE and international context.
• Experience managing exhibitions from concept through installation and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial sales across exhibitions, fairs, private viewings and client outreach.
• Develop and expand collector, consultant and corporate databases; build relationships with collectors, interior designers, architects, curators and cultural institutions.
• Oversee planning and delivery of exhibitions onsite and offsite; manage scheduling, budgeting, logistics and installation.
