The ideal candidate holds a PhD and brings 10+ years of senior leadership experience, with a proven record of advancing academic excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• PhD Degree in a related field, preferably in Innovation Management.
• 10+ years of related work experience, with at least 10 years in a senior supervisory/leadership role with progressive responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategic academic planning and implementation process to ensure high-quality programs that meet international standards.
• Ensure academic quality, integrity, and continuous improvement of curricula, assessment, and instructional delivery; allocate resources effectively.
• Promote innovative programming across multiple delivery models and evaluate course enrollment trends and partnerships for growth.
