Responsibilities

• Research, develop and test new chemical formulas and materials.
• Analyze existing products and create solutions to improve them.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality control.
• Troubleshoot problems related to chemical processes.
• Oversee laboratory operations and maintain laboratory safety standards.
• Prepare reports on research findings and results of experiments.
• Keep records of all experiments conducted in the lab.
• Ensure accurate record keeping of all chemicals used during experiments.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding ordering new materials or equipment.
• Maintain a clean laboratory environment at all times.
