Job summary

India Abroad is seeking an experienced Chemist to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. The Chemist will perform tests and develop analysis methods to ensure quality control within our production processes, and will contribute to the development of chemical-based products.

Requirements include a degree in Chemistry, at least 3 years of laboratory experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a monthly salary of 1,300 AED plus benefits and is based on-site in Khawr Fakkan.

Qualifications

• A degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 3 years of laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work both in a lab setting and out on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on incoming raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and by-products to ensure quality control.
• Develop new analysis methods and instrumentation techniques.
• Conduct research projects related to chemical processes to optimize product formulation and improve efficiency.
• Data collection, data interpretation and documentation of results.
• Assist with production operations when needed.
