Work corp in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chemist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, performing laboratory tests and analyses of chemical compounds, materials and products.

The role involves designing experiments, analyzing data, documenting results, and maintaining equipment, with emphasis on accuracy, safety and inventory control. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, have 3+ years in a lab, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• At least 3 years of laboratory experience.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry concepts and theories.
• Experience with spectroscopy and chromatography equipment.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to study the structure and properties of chemical compounds.
• Analyze data from laboratory experiments, interpret results and prepare reports.
• Develop new testing methods or modify existing methods using scientific literature as reference.
• Perform routine laboratory maintenance tasks such as calibrating instruments and cleaning glassware.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies.
