The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field, as well as relevant experience in the field. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. In addition, they should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and independently manage projects from start to finish.
