Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a chemistry-related field
• Knowledge of organic chemistry principles and data interpretation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Develop new formulations based on customer specifications to meet their needs
• Analyze data from experiments to determine the best approach for product development
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Identify areas for improvement in existing processes using data analysis
• Maintain laboratory equipment by calibrating, cleaning and troubleshooting issues
• Create reports on experiment results and present them to management
