Job summary

Agri Ventures FZE invites applications for a chemistry-focused R&D role in Sharjah, UAE. The candidate will work on fertilizer and pesticide analysis, formulation development, and quality control processes in a collaborative team environment.

Master's degree in Chemistry or Agronomy with 1–3 years in related R&D is preferred. Proficiency in HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and formulation science is expected. UAE visa support and benefits are offered.

• 1-3 years in fertilizer or pesticide R&D, with analytical chemistry proficiency.

• Ability to design and execute experiments and analyze data.

• Design and execute analytical experiments to support fertilizer/pesticide R&D.
• Analyze data and draw scientifically meaningful conclusions.
• Collaborate on fertilizer and pesticide product development.
• Maintain rigorous lab documentation and SOP adherence.

Master's & Above degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, or a related scientific field.1-3 years of hands-on experience in R&D, specifically within the fertilizer or pesticide industry.Proficiency in analytical chemistry techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, Ext.... ) and formulation science.Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop physiology, and pest management principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to scientific challenges.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.Familiarity with regulatory requirements for agricultural chemicals is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for innovation and a drive to contribute to sustainable agriculture.
