Job summary

Flyper is seeking a Chemist to join their team in Musaffah. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to laboratory testing, data interpretation, and reporting. A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.

The candidate should have strong problem solving and communication skills and be able to work independently. We welcome all applicants, including recent graduates and those immigrating to the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Chemist or Laboratory Technician is desired but not required.
• Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on samples to analyze the physical and chemical properties of substances.
• Interpret test results based on established methods and standards.
• Prepare reports on findings from laboratory tests.
• Monitor laboratory safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Support other chemists in their research activities and tasks.
