We are a leading chemical manufacturing company based in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Indian candidates to join our team as Chemical Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in the field of chemical engineering.

As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chemical processes and equipment for our production facilities. Your main goal will be to ensure that our manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to develop new chemical processes or improve existing ones
- Design equipment and processes for large-scale production of chemicals
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current production processes and recommend improvements
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of production facilities
- Monitor process parameters and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field from a reputable university (candidates without experience will be considered)
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and processes
- Proficient in using computer software for process design and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds
