The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items, while ensuring the highest level of hygiene and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen and will have the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. They must be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and techniques, as well as possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once. Creativity, innovation, and passion for cooking are also essential attributes. The successful Chef should have excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage staff, communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen team, and interact professionally with customers. They should also have a good eye for detail when plating dishes to ensure that they are aesthetically pleasing.
