Job summary

Avanta Works in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Chef to lead kitchen operations at a renowned restaurant. You will oversee menu planning, stock control, budgeting and staff management to maintain our high standard of cuisine and service.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of food safety regulations, and excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills to coordinate with customers and staff alike.

The successful candidate must have proven experience in a similar role and be well-versed in all aspects of kitchen operations. This includes menu planning, stock control, budgeting and staff management. A strong understanding of food safety regulations is essential for this role.

To be successful in this position you should have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to any challenges that may arise.
