You will be responsible for breakfast and lunch for Arabic and English dishes (e.g., sandwich, wrap, toast, pasta, salad) for local Arabic people. You will lead menu development and be the head chef with an assistant. You should know how to create a menu for the cafe. Working hours are 6 am to 4 pm straight duty. Weekly one day off. Salary depends on your experience and knowledge.
