You'll ensure cleanliness and quality of food while contributing to cost controls and maintaining a positive working relationship with other departments. This role requires a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and the ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

A Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.
