Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of dishes ensuring high quality and presentation in line with the resorts standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and the development of new recipes while considering guest feedback and food trends.
  • Manage your designated section of the kitchen overseeing junior staff and ensuring consistency in food preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other chefs to coordinate food services and special events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and develop innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with proficiency in various cooking techniques.
