Qualifications

• 1-2 years hotel experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the daily mis‑en‑place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Director of Culinary.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure consistent quality in daily preparation and keep up to date with new product recipes.
• Instruct and lead subordinates through daily food preparation requirements.
