Delano Dubai is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) to join our dynamic Banquets team. This role focuses on preparing presenting and maintaining high-quality cold dishes for events buffets and banquets ensuring our guests experience exceptional culinary standards in line with Delanos luxury hospitality reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present cold kitchen items including salads hors doeuvres charcuterie sandwiches and buffet displays.

• Ensure consistency quality and presentation of all cold dishes.

• Collaborate closely with the Banquets and Culinary teams to meet event deadlines and guest expectations.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and cleanliness in compliance with HACCP guidelines.

• Assist in menu planning portion control and inventory management for cold kitchen items.

• Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in training and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications :

International Experience: Bring at least 46 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. A strong culinary foundation exceptional presentation skills and a creative flair for crafting visually stunning and memorable dishes. A deep understanding of contemporary culinary trends and the UAE luxury market is essential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with agility and poise.
