  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
  • Oversee menu development and recipe creation for the assigned station, ensuring alignment with the overall restaurant vision.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients for the station, minimizing waste and maximizing cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service, maximizing guest satisfaction.
