Job summary

PPOAR in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience and can plan menus, order ingredients, and cook dishes that are appealing and nutritious.

Our ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience working as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel or other food service environment. As the Chef, you will be expected to plan and prepare meals for customers that are both appealing and nutritious. This includes selecting recipes and creating menus, ordering ingredients, preparing meals according to recipes and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. You should also be able to monitor the quality of dishes served in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
In addition to excellent cooking skills, we are also looking for someone who is creative, organized and able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate should also have great communication skills as they will need to coordinate with other staff members such as kitchen assistants and front-of-house staff. Candidates from outside the country are welcome to apply for this role. The salary offered for this position is 1000 per month.
