Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our team at Khawr Fakkan. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role. The Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes in accordance with company standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure all customer needs are met.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes according to restaurant menu specifications and company standards.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner according to customer orders.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and order supplies as necessary.
• Ensure that the kitchen staff adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by following sanitation guidelines on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all food items are stored properly, labeled, dated, and rotated correctly.
• Train new staff members on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting
