Head Chef - Traditional Pakistani Cuisine (Malayalee preferred)

We are in search of a skilled Head Chef with expertise in traditional Pakistani cuisine to join our team in El‑Ain. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen, creating menus, training and supervising staff, and ensuring high‑quality food is consistently delivered to our guests.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a high‑volume restaurant specializing in traditional Pakistani cuisine
  • In‑depth knowledge of Pakistani ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during busy periods
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for creating delicious and authentic dishes
Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and create new dishes while incorporating traditional Pakistani flavors and techniques
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality of food preparation
  • Oversee ordering of ingredients, monitoring inventory levels, and controlling food costs
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen at all times
  • Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and prompt service to guests
  • Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into menu planning when appropriate

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
